100% Sun Dried Tomatoes:
Mooney Farms produces their premium sun dried tomato halves by
drying them in the sun 99.5%, making a vibrant red and pliable ingredient.
To make our award-winning recipe these tomatoes are blended with a special
combination of Italian herbs and pure olive oil. Our Sun Dried Tomatoes
have no salt added and offer a sweet tomato flavor, unlike the traditional
pungent flavor of salted imports.
All Natural Dried Tomatoes:
At the peak of ripeness our roma tomatoes are harvested and
dried to seal in optimum flavor. The result is a robust tomato, with low
moisture, a perfect ingredient to add to salad dressings, cheese spreads,
or soup mixes. Since this product is air-dried it is free of preservatives
providing all-natural flavor.
Mediterranean Style Dried Tomatoes:
Our new Mediterranean Style Sun Dried Tomatoes are reminiscent
of traditional Italian style tomatoes. A larger, and denser fruit, we harvest
at the peak of ripeness to sun dry in optimum flavor.
