Quick and Easy!
Ingredients
- 1 8 Oz Box Penne Pasta
- ½ Cup Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes In Pure
- Olive Oil & Herbs ~ Drained And Chopped
- 1 Bunch Fresh Basil
- 2 Tbsp Grated Romano Cheese
- ½ Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Pine Nuts
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt And Pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Drain pasta.
- Add sun dried tomatoes and pesto sauce.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add lemon juice.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill overnight.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- To make Pesto Sauce: In blender puree basil, olive oil, parmesan cheese and pine nuts.
