Quick and Easy!
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 oz whipping cream
- 1 oz parmesan
- 1 8.5 oz bottle Bella Sun Luci Bruschetta
- 2 oz Bella Sun Luci ready to eat zesty pepper sun dried tomatoes
- 8 basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional, for a spicy kick: 1/16-1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- Julienne two of the basil leaves and set aside with 1 oz of the zesty pepper sun dried tomatoes.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Place in a serving bowl and top with the basil and zesty pepper julienne.
